Pedro Morales-Llanos is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Strategic Rise Advisory Group, LLC, where he specializes in organizational strategy, change management, business process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. He previously held senior leadership and program management roles with the U.S. Department of Justice and the National Institutes of Health, leading enterprise initiatives focused on operational excellence and organizational transformation.
Pedro earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and both an MBA and a Master’s in Health Services Management from Webster University. Originally from Puerto Rico, he developed a global perspective while growing up in a military family. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, history, travel, and volunteering with community organizations.
